Bartimaeus Training Service provides practical, interactive training services to assist community organizations in social services, health care and education in meeting the special and unique needs of their organizations, the people whom they serve, and their staff members.

Bartimaeus provides informative and practical training programs that meet the learning needs of staff members in a wide range of organizations. Our custom-designed workshops respond to issues that professionals and care providers deal with on a daily basis. Training programs can be developed for front-line staff, program managers, senior management and boards of directors to better equip participants to meet the responsibilities, duties and challenges that they have undertaken.

Training programs are typically developed in response to an organization’s needs to provide continuous learning opportunities for their staff members. Bartimaeus provides services in multiple sectors: health, education, social service and youth justice. Bartimaeus services are available to people of all ages. Our unique service model allows us to provide an experienced and knowledgeable trainer, at the time and place that is most suitable for the organization.

Course lengths vary from half-day workshops to multi-day courses. Programs can be designed to maximize the learning opportunities and minimize disruptions to the organization. Training can be on or off site, and can be combined with other organizations to maximize cost efficiencies.

In our training services we are able to custom design and deliver material to meet the learning needs of the attendees, as we have introductory, intermediate and advanced level courses and workshops. Additionally, Bartimaeus has certified trainers available to deliver mandated courses e.g. CPI, UMAB and Safe Management.
